If approved would see the construction of three new residential buildings at Plots H1, H2, and H3 as outlined in the 2018 consented masterplan for 1,714 homes in total.
Contained within the proposals would yield 377 new homes cumlatively, situated at the north end of the wider masterplan.
Detailed design, access, and access plans have been produced by project architects Shephard Robinson & MRG Studi on behalf of the client and developer St William Homes LLP.
Situated within the London Borough of Haringey, near Wood Green town centre and Alexandra Palace to the other side of the railway line which borders the wider masterplan site to the west.
As this is the most urban of all the plots proposed for date consent, this phase prioritises 1 and 2-bed flats and smaller family homes with all homes having access to private balconies and terraces.
The scheme is on the former Clarendon Road Gas Holders were built to store town gas produced by the Hornsey Gas Company. Today our gas is sourced from underground reserves across the world but, before this, gas was produced at a gasworks by heating coal.
